San Francisco Strip Club Market Street Cinema Featured in Travel Channel Show Ghost Adventures After Movie About the Club Gains National Attention

The G-String Horror, an indie film taking place in the popular San Francisco strip club Market Street Cinema, is scheduled for national release on both Blu-Ray and DVD this summer on June 18, 2013, and will be available at CD Universe, DVD Planet, Amazon and many other retailers as well.

The film has garnered national attention and was just featured on popular the Travel Channel show Ghost Adventures where entertainers and actors featured in the film give actual accounts of paranormal encounters experienced during the making of the eerie yet sexy film. The episode featuring Market Street Cinema premiers Friday, March 1st at 9 pm PST.

This film began to take on a life of its own. Itself seemingly haunted (as filming progressed) said Charles Webb, producer and director of G-String Horror.

Ghost Adventures will profile the true experiences had in the over 100 year old San Francisco adult entertainment favorite. Over the years, two entertainers, one patron and one janitor have perished behind the doors of Market Street Cinema and legend has it that the spirits have lingered there ever since.

These strange occurrences have been reported continuously throughout the years and this is what inspired filmmakers to make The G-String Horror.

G-String Horror is a unique take on the sex-horror-exploitation genre, being part documentary, part fiction, part paranormal investigation, and part horror movie, as described by Apprehension Films, the movies production company. The film inhabits a bizarre and terrifying zone in which imagination makes love to reality and produces a shocking offspring.
