MIPS Technologies to Present: "Multiprocessor Cores for Enabling Scalable and Performance-Efficient SoCs" at Linley Tech Processor Conference

Mr. Rodillas will present, "Multiprocessor Cores for Enabling Scalable and Performance-Efficient SoCs," at the annual Linley Tech Processor Conference. His talk will highlight key processor-related challenges in wireless infrastructure SoC design, and introduce MIPS' new Aptiv™ multiprocessor cores as performance-efficient, scalable solutions to meet these challenges across a range of basestation applications. Following the presentation, Mr. Gattupalli will participate in a moderated panel discussion with other session participants. 

 

 

 

The Linley Tech Processor Conference is a two-day event delivering in-depth information from analysts and industry leaders on the newest processors for networking and communications with multiple cores, programmable data planes, and flexible architectures.

 

 

 

MIPS licensees including Cavium and Broadcom will also present at the conference.

The conference runs from Wednesday, October 10, 2012 through Thursday, October, 11, 2012. The MIPS presentation and panel discussion are part of the session, "Building Communications SoCs with Licensable Processor Cores," which will be held on Wednesday, October 10, at 3:15 p.m.
