Ticket Alternative and Whole Foods Market Partner to Sell Event Tickets in Metro-Atlanta Stores

Ticket Alternative, a boutique ticketing partner, announced in early August that it has added 8 Metro-Atlanta Whole Foods Market stores including the Harrys Farmers Market locations as ticket outlets, selling tickets to events at the Fox Theatre and other well-known Atlanta venues. Tickets can be purchased seven days a week during regular store hours. This brings the number of outlets Ticket Alternative now supports in the Metro- Atlanta area to a fantastic fifteen.

Ticket Alternative continues to expand and add more venue partners locally and nationally. This past May, the Fox Theatre teamed up with Ticket Alternative because of their full suite of services including an Atlanta-based call center, marketing support, retail outlets, and Ticket Alternatives local presence in the community. Ticket Alternatives team members know our city, our community, and our building. They are able to answer our patrons questions with first-hand knowledge and are the perfect fit to support our ticketing operations, said Allan Vella, General Manager of the Fox Theatre.

As Ticket Alternative continues to grow, the goals have remained the same: provide great customer service, lower fees, and make it easy for customers to purchase tickets. By partnering with Whole Foods Market, customers will learn about upcoming events and have the opportunity to purchase tickets while they are picking up some of their favorite natural and organic products. Other retail ticketing outlets currently include Criminal Records, four CD Warehouse locations, Decatur CD, and FantasyLand Records.

Increasing the number of retail outlets has also been high on our list of desires, and signing the Fox Theatre as a client in May finally gave us the reason to expand, according to Ticket Alternatives President, Iain Bluett. By expanding our footprint, it also makes us more attractive to other large venues in the area looking to follow the Fox Theatres lead and switch to a more personalized ticketing experience. Whole Foods Market, the Fox Theatre, and Ticket Alternative all strive to offer the best customer service and this partnership is a great way to reach and service the Metro-Atlanta community.

This Friday, September 7, 2012- through Sunday, September 9, 2012, the 8 Whole Foods Market stores including the Harrys Farmers Market locations will give away tickets to events at the Fox Theatre, tickets to Taste of Atlanta, tickets to Two Drink Minimum presented by Theatrical Outfit at the Balzer Theater at Herrens, and passes to Atlanta Botanical Garden. Customers can simply stop by their local store and register to win tickets to their favorite Atlanta events. The 8 Metro-Atlanta stores including the Harrys Farmers Market locations are celebrating the new partnership all weekend.
