BAMMA USA Announces All-Professional Fight Card for Badbeat 7

  (September 05, 2012)

Santa Ana, CA (PRWEB) September 05, 2012

Main Event: Virgil Rezdog Zwicker (10-3) vs. Mike The Animal Cook (12-10)

Current Strikeforce Mixed Martial Arts roster fighter Virgil Zwicker brings his 10-3 MMA record to the BAMMA USA cage when he faces former Strikeforce fighter Mike The Animal Cook in the Light Heavyweight Division. Virgil Zwicker is a Kummeyaay Indian from the San Pasqual Indian Reservation (North San Diego County) and a member of Team Quest in Temecula, CA. Mike Cook is an active fighter averaging 3 fights a year since turning pro in 2006 and fights out of Team Ruiz in Fresno, CA. Each fighter looks to start their own win streak in the Light Heavyweight Division at Badbeat 7 presented by Budweiser.

Co-Main Event: The Real Deal Chris Beal (6-0) vs. Shad Smith (12-15-2)

Undefeated Chris Beal returns to his home (the Badbeat cage) to face experienced MMA fighter Shad Smith in the Bantamweight Division. Beal is determined to continue his climb to the top of the sport but Shad Smith poses a formidable challenge with his wealth of knowledge and experience in MMA.

Main Card Bouts

Steve The Dream Magdaleno (9-3) vs. TBA

Steve The Dream Magdaleno (9-3) will fight in the Featherweight Division. Magdaleno looks to continue his 3-fight win streak, all by knockout.

Mike Jasper (5-0) vs. TBA

Jaspers fans keep growing for good reason. Mike has had some of the most exciting fights inside the Badbeat cage; he not only brings the fans, he brings the fight. Mikes opponent will have to overcome the hostile environment outside the cage and match the pace inside the cage if he wants to get a win against the undefeated Jasper.

Chris The Urban Legend Culley (16-10) vs. Tom The Grinder Gloudeman (6-2)

Chris Culley just completed an intense and personal battle in his last Badbeat appearance. He now steps into a new one against Tom Gloudeman. These two fighters have already exchanged barbs through their social media accounts. The heat between the two will boil over at Badbeat 7.

Scott K.O. Catlin (8-5) vs. Harold Lucambio (8-8)

Scott Catlin is hungry for some action after being left alone at the cage door when his opponent refused to fight him just hours before their scheduled fight at Badbeat 6. Harold Lucambio is coming off a second round TKO victory, the first striking victory of his pro MMA career, in his last fight. Will the heavy-handed power of Catlin overcome the ground superiority of Lucambio? Find out at Badbeat 7.
